Similie

Simile is a figure of speech where one thing is compared to another thing of a different kind, usually with the words ‘like’ or ‘as’. Some common similes include ‘as brave as a lion’, or ‘as light as a feather.’ Simile has a similar purpose and effect to a metaphor.
