Sebastian

Sebastian is Viola’s twin brother, who is assumed dead until Act 2, and assumes that his sister is dead until Act 5. Although, we don’t see much of Sebastian during the play, he is very significant to its plot and resolution. On arrival he removes the disguise that he adopted at sea, but ironically then has his identity mistaken for ‘Cesario,’ and ultimately marries Olivia.
