Sir Toby is Olivia’s uncle, and he uses this familial tie to justify staying at her place and making as much of a ruckus as he pleases. Olivia disapproves of his rowdiness, heavy drinking, and late night partying, but generally has other more important things on her mind (like sexy Cesario).
