Haploid & Diploid cells
- Diploid cells contain two copies of each chromosome.

- Haploid cells, like sperm and egg cells (gametes), contain only one copy of each chromosome, totaling 23.
- Gametes carry half of an organism's DNA, crucial for reproduction to form a new diploid organism with 46 chromosomes.
