To access some or all of our video Content you will need to register and become a member (“member”) of the site. In order to register you will be required to provide valid and correct information for the following:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Password

The information you provide must be true, accurate, current and complete. If the original information provided upon initial sign up changes after this time, it is your obligation to update and correct it. If any information provided by you is not true, accurate, current or complete, SnapRevise maintains the right to terminate your membership and refuse any current or future access or use of this site. Please ensure you select a password unique for your SnapRevise account. Avoid choosing obvious words or dates such as a nickname or your birth date. Please exercise maximum caution to keep your user name and password confidential and log-off from the website when your session is complete to prevent unauthorised access to your information. If your user name or password is subject to unauthorised access, you should immediately inform SnapRevise.

4.2 Member Profile

Your account will provide access to the features and Content included in your Plan. The Content available to you may depend on your selected qualification, subjects, exam boards and other account preferences.

Your Subscription and account are personal to the Student User and must not be shared between multiple students, resold or transferred without SnapRevise’s permission.

4.3 Termination

SnapRevise may terminate or suspend with immediate effect and without notice your access to and use of this website and your membership if we:

  • Do not receive payment; or
  • Believe you have shared your account with another student, person or entity; or

SnapRevise may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been non-payment, account sharing, fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse of the Service or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will give you an opportunity to remedy a breach before permanently terminating your account. We may act immediately where necessary to protect users, SnapRevise, the Service or the security of the Site.

If we permanently terminate a paid Subscription for reasons that are not caused by your breach of these Terms, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

5. SnapRevise Digital Plans

5.1 SnapRevise Digital is available in different Plans. The features included in each Plan are those described on the pricing or order page at the time you subscribe and confirmed as part of your order.

5.2 We may improve, update or replace individual features from time to time, including to reflect changes to educational specifications, technology or the way the Service operates.

5.3 We will not make a material reduction to the core paid benefits of your Plan during your current Subscription Period without a reasonable reason and, where applicable, reasonable notice or any remedy required by law.

6. Subscription Period, Renewal and Cancellation

6.1 SnapRevise Digital Subscriptions are annual. Our current Subscription Period runs from 1 August to 31 July. If you purchase after 1 August, the price and access period applicable to your purchase will be shown before you complete your order.

6.2 Unless you cancel, your Subscription will renew automatically for the next annual Subscription Period. The price applicable to your renewal will be communicated to you before the renewal where required.

6.3 You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using the cancellation method available through your account or by contacting SnapRevise.

6.4 If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your Plan until the end of your current paid Subscription Period. Your Subscription will then end and you will not be charged for the next Subscription Period.

6.5 Cancelling automatic renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current paid Subscription Period, except during the cooling-off period described in Section 7 or where applicable law provides otherwise.

6.6 We will provide any renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations or additional cancellation or cooling-off rights required by applicable law.

7. Cooling-off Period and Refunds

7.1 SnapRevise offers a 14-day cooling-off period following the purchase of a new Subscription. If you wish to cancel your Subscription under this policy, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.

7.2 Access to SnapRevise Digital may begin immediately after purchase. Our 14-day cooling-off policy will continue to apply even where you have already started using the Digital Content.

7.3 If you cancel a Dual Boost Subscription during the cooling-off period and Printed Resources have already been supplied to you, you must return all Printed Resources supplied as part of that Subscription in accordance with the return instructions we provide. To receive a full refund under our cooling-off policy, the Printed Resources must be unused and in saleable condition, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

7.4 Any refund due will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7.5 Nothing in this section limits or excludes any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Dual Boost Printed Resources

8.1 A Dual Boost Subscription includes the right to select five Eligible Printed Resources from the range made available to Dual Boost subscribers at the time of selection.

8.2 All five Printed Resources must be selected at the same time. Once a selection has been submitted, it cannot be changed except in accordance with the exchange provisions in Section 8.7.

8.3 Your entitlement to Printed Resources must be claimed during the Subscription Period to which that entitlement relates. Any entitlement that has not been claimed by the end of that Subscription Period will expire.

8.4 No separate or partial refund, credit or cash alternative will be provided solely because you do not claim some or all of your Printed Resource entitlement before it expires.

8.5 On each annual renewal of a Dual Boost Subscription, the subscriber will receive a new entitlement to select five Eligible Printed Resources for the renewed Subscription Period. Any unused entitlement from a previous Subscription Period will not carry over.

8.6 Eligible Printed Resources may vary depending on subject, qualification, exam board, product availability and delivery destination.

8.7 If you select the wrong Printed Resource and wish to exchange it, you must contact SnapRevise within 14 days of receiving it. The Printed Resource must be unused and in saleable condition. We may charge reasonable postage costs in connection with a voluntary exchange and will tell you about any applicable postage charges before arranging the exchange.

8.8 Section 8.7 applies to voluntary exchanges only. If a Printed Resource is faulty, damaged, lost in transit or incorrectly supplied, please contact SnapRevise and we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

8.9 Standard delivery of Printed Resources supplied as part of a Dual Boost Subscription is included.

8.10 For UK orders, we aim for Printed Resources to arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

8.11 Printed Resource availability and delivery outside the UK are subject to availability and the delivery options available for the relevant destination.

8.12 Printed Resource entitlements are personal to the Dual Boost subscriber, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

9. AI-supported Features

9.1 Some Plans may include AI-supported study features. Outputs generated by these features may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or otherwise unsuitable, and should be used as a study aid rather than as an authoritative source.

9.2 Students should check important academic information against the relevant examination board specification and guidance provided by their school or teacher.

9.3 AI-supported features are provided for educational and revision purposes. They must not be relied upon as a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.

9.4 You must not use AI-supported features for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes, to circumvent technical safeguards or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

9.5 SnapRevise may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits or safeguards to AI-supported features in order to maintain service quality, security and prevent misuse.

9.6 Personal information and User Content submitted through AI-supported features will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
