Peter Walsh

Peter Walsh is a childhood friend of Clarissa who is deeply in love with her and is despondent following her rejection of his marriage proposal. Peter has never been able to move on from Clarissa and his longing for her remains steadfast. He has spent some time living in India and has just returned to London. Peter meets with Clarissa during the day where he is very emotional. He then attends Clarissa’s party, catching up with Sally and judging Clarissa’s nature as a hostess.
