Circular motion (HT ONLY)

When an object travels in a circle:
- It is travelling at a constant speed.
- The direction it is travelling in is constantly changing.
- As a result, its velocity is constantly changing.
Examples of objects that travel in circles are satellites in orbit, cars travelling around bends, planes banking to change direction, and fairground rides, such as Ferris Wheels.
