Act 4 is typically when we begin to see the slow descent of the drama as the plot reaches its climax before drawing to a close. But, in Othello, this is the Act where we see even more drama, lies, deceit, and the accelerating downfall of our tragic hero as he is overcome by the intense emotions of anger and betrayal.
