Cubes & Cuboids
- A cuboid is a 3D shape with six flat rectangular faces
- It has 12 edges and 8 vertices
- The opposite faces of a cuboid are the same rectangle
- A cube is a special type of cuboid where all the faces are the same square
- A cube has all edges of the same length
- Cuboids can have up to three different sized faces and up to three different length edges
- It is important to know the definition and geometric properties of a cube
