Need for Units
- A physical quantity is something that can be measured
- A unit of measurement is used to express a physical quantity
- Examples of units include centimeters, seconds, and milliliters
- Units must be stated in order to understand the scale of a measurement
- Without units, measurements do not make sense
- It is important to always include units in math and science exams.
