Prime Numbers
- A prime number is a number greater than one that only has two factors, one and itself.
- Two is the only even prime number.
- There are infinitely many prime numbers.
- The number 1 is not a prime number.
- The largest known prime number is over 24 million digits long.
- To find prime numbers between a range, remove multiples of 2 and 5, then check the remaining numbers for factors other than one and themselves.
