  • Converting units of volume requires scaling up or down the numbers depending on the prefixes.
  • One meter squared is equal to a hundred centimeters times a hundred centimeters.
  • One meter cubed is equal to a hundred centimeters times a hundred centimeters times a hundred centimeters.
  • To convert units of volume, multiply the given volume by the conversion factor.
  • The volume of a cube is calculated by multiplying length by depth by height.
  • John's bathroom has a volume of 8 cubic meters.
  • The volume of the bathroom in cubic centimeters is 8 million cubic centimeters.
