The Cosine Graph
- The graph of y = cos x has a wave-like shape
- The variable x can take any value from negative infinity to positive infinity
- The maximum value of cos x is 1 and the minimum value is -1
- The graph of y = cos x is periodic and repeats every 360 degrees
- The graph of y = cos x is the same as the graph of y = sin x, but translated 90 degrees to the left in the x-axis
- The graph of y = cos x can be transformed into the graph of y = sin x by shifting it 90 degrees to the left or by shifting the graph of y = sin x 270 degrees to the right.
