- The graph of a function reflected in the x-axis is represented by the negative of the original function.
- Taking the negative of a function will take the negative of the outputs of the original function.
- To graph the negative of a function, reverse the sign of the output values.
- The graph of the negative of a function is a reflection of the original graph in the x-axis.
- To sketch the graph of the negative of a function, identify key points and reflect them in the x-axis.
