Structural Features Analysis

Caesura

Caesura is a mid-line pause. Often it breaks up a long idea, or indicates the character is being distracted by someone or something. Usually, it can be identified if a sentence seems unfinished or does not make sense on its own. Sometimes, there is a ‘–’ used in the middle of the line.
